The government's new monitory policy hardly 3 months before the assembly election 2017 to ban old currency notes of 500 and 1000 has stunned every household across the nation. From masses and the classes to the big political parties and business tycoons are scratching their heads due to
Legislative assembly election of Vidhan Sabha in the state of Uttar Pradesh for 403 seats is expected in February 2017. Under the guidance of Mulayam Singh Yadav's son, Akhilesh Yadav, the present Chief Minister of UP, Samajwadi Party won the election with clear majority and formed the government.
All political parties including BJP, the central government of India are ready to run election campaign in UP which is going to poll in February, but due to lack of sufficient funds and legal currency they might face tough competitions in the state.
As far as the BJP is concerned, its surprising move to ban old high denominations of 500 and 1000 has forced everyone to think of honest intention of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to get rid of illegal piles of black money which people have been saving for years and avoiding taxes.
Thousands of jokes, images, slogans and videos regarding 500 notes and 1000 notes have been posted on social media. Since the first day, people of all classes have been suffering a lot but no objection and demonstration was seen yet against the government especially Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
It might be the hardest financial blow in the end of 2016, which nobody is going to forget ever as it caused everybody stand in long queue in front of all types of banks in the country. People of all ages are suffering from unexpected problems in terms of banned old currency notes of 500 and 1000.
But despite all the suffering it could be a clear indication that lower and middle class families are pleased with new monitory policy in the country to root out corruption and bring black money back in government's exchequer from black marketers.
Banning 500 notes and 1000 notes has put the ball in BJP's goal; general public, which consists the majority of vote bank, is supporting Prime Minister Narendra Modi's money replacing scheme despite misery and problems they have been suffering from four days.
Opposition parties is no mood of raising assembly election issue to target the BJP as BJP itself will contest the election and will have the same way of campaign other parties will follow. Under the leadership of Prime Minter Narendra Modi, BJP won Lok Sabha election and formed the government in Center.
All parties have recommended the names for the CM's post but BJP is yet to nominate his CM in UP, but until the name is decided the party will campaign under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Prime Minister Narendar Modi recently while addressing a rally in Goa announced that he has lots of projects in his mind to cut the wings of black money hoarders.
As far as the Indian economy is concerned, every single business and trade has come to a stand or end because of new monitory system to replace old 500 and 1000 denominations with new 2000 notes. Though, the government and RBI has announced that there is no scarcity of new 500 notes and 1000 notes in the country and people should be patient and support the government to fight the war against corruption and black marketers in India.
It could be government great strategy to fight two different battles simultaneously; one against corruption and black money and second against all opposition parties in Uttar Pradesh.
