What is language translation?

The process of language translation requires one language to be transformed into another language. The language which is converted into another language is called source language; the language in which the source language is converted called target language.

In language translation, one source language can be translated into as many languages as required; for example, we can translate Urdu language into Dutch, German, and French etc.

Why the language translation is required?
